How it's made

Our rolling trays are 3D printed in-house, one set at a time. After printing, every piece is trimmed, checked so the parts sit flat and fit together, and packed by hand. Because each tray is printed to order, you get a fresh print made for you instead of something that sat on a warehouse shelf.

Ordering the physical print

Physical items are printed to order. Please allow about 7 business days for us to print, finish, and pack your order before it ships, plus the carrier's delivery time. Large or detailed prints can take a full day or more on the printer, and we run four printers, so every order gets real attention.

3D printing leaves fine layer lines, and colors can vary slightly from batch to batch. That's normal and part of what makes each print one of a kind.

Buying the digital file

Choose the digital option to print it yourself. After checkout you get a download link by email and on your order status page, so there is nothing to wait for and nothing ships. The 3MF file opens in popular slicers such as Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer, PrusaSlicer, and Cura.

Scale, filament, and print settings are up to you. If you get stuck, send us a message with your printer model and we'll point you in the right direction.

Care tips

Hand wash with warm, soapy water and let it air dry. Keep your print out of the dishwasher, hot cars, and direct high heat so it keeps its shape. A soft brush gets into detailed areas. Treated right, it will look good for years.
