Why reviews matter to a small shop

Lit Printz is a one-person 3D print shop. There's no marketing department and no warehouse, just four printers and the person who designs, prints, and packs every order. When you take a minute to share how your order turned out, it helps other shoppers decide what to buy and helps us learn what to make next.

How reviews work here

Every review is read by a real person before it goes live, which keeps spam and bots off the page. Please leave out personal details like phone numbers or home addresses. Your email address is never shown on the site. We only use it if we need to follow up with you about your order or your review.

What to include

• Which product you ordered, and whether you bought the physical print or the digital file.
• How it looked in person, and how it fit your can, candle, or space.
• If you printed a digital file, what printer and settings worked for you. Other makers love that info.
• Anything about packing, shipping, or communication that stood out.

Photos are welcome too. If you'd like to share a picture of your print in its new home, send it through the contact page along with your name and order. Seeing a coozie at a tailgate or a candle holder glowing on a shelf is the best part of this job.
