Lit Printz is run by one person, so when you send a message it goes straight to the person who designs, prints, and packs your order. Use the form below for anything: order questions, custom ideas, digital file help, or just to say hi. Every message is read by a real person, and we reply as soon as we can between print runs.

Questions about an order

Please include your order number (for example #1042) and the name on the order so we can find it quickly. Physical items are printed to order, so allow about 7 business days for us to print, finish, and pack before your order ships. Once it ships you'll get tracking by email.

Digital file help

Digital 3MF files are delivered right after checkout by email and on your order status page. If you can't find your download link, check your spam or promotions folder first. If a file won't open or print the way you expect, tell us your printer model and slicer (Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer, PrusaSlicer, Cura, and so on) and we'll help you troubleshoot.

Custom orders and ideas

Have a design in mind for a team, business, event, or gift? Describe what you want, the colors you like, and your deadline. We'll let you know what's possible, how long it would take, and what it would cost. Custom work depends on printer time, so reaching out early is always best.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your package, and digital files never ship, so they add nothing to your shipping total. If your tracking hasn't updated in a while or your package arrived damaged, send us your order number and a photo and we'll sort it out with you.
